Random day out with von and yy
to DANRO @ NEX becuz von won vouchers yay
Basically we get to choose 2 soup bases
and I think it dont matter much
as long as you add the right ingredients
to make it more flavourful. #selfimprovisation
Variety was okay,
but the fish and super thin shabu shabu slices of pork
were commendable like they were really fresh.
These rice on sticks are really just mehhhh imho
but then again personal taste varies.
No proper group photo that day though,
somebody was too shy ahem.

Random brunch + early dinner all in one date
with the always lucky von
who won voucher for Charly T's !!!!!
We went to the outlet at 112 Katong,
and you gotta have to dine at the outdoor seating area.
Quiet, soothing, windy(on that day) and
even has music that suits the mood awww melts
Ordered a cuppa hot chocolate to share,
and it's like you are drinking hot chocolate.
So comforting, hugs myself hahaha
Breakfast items were limited,
so we just ordered the 2 types of omelettes they had.
Ideal breakfast taste for me once in awhile I would say :)
We were really quite full so we sat
there for like I dont know dont even ask me how long.

And so, we decided to continue to take our time to
travel to the next destination for early dinner
but then clever me saw the signboard after we walked out for a
few steps where they listed the food choices in the mall......

meihui decides to ask yvonne

of cuz yvonne cannot say NO to meihui
hahahaha 自导自演
Wanted to try it since it was so highly raved about.
I like how the grass jelly was so smooth and delicate,
and I think it tasted better with the condensed milk.
The yam, sweet potato balls were just chewy?

#aunt meihui bought coupons for this
Phad Thai restaurant located near Little India MRT Station
and it was really worth it.
Had early early dinner and was still quite filled.

Too bad no more voucher on sale huh
Was a really fruitful(or should I say foodful) day out.
It was good to eat so much food
and spend time with someone who loves food.
Cannot wait for more foodful days.
